In these cases you can start making money right away. If you are just getting into the digital signage market the speed at which you can start making money is up to you. SmarterSign will enable you to start making money right away. With our proven track record and experience, your position in the market will be strengthened by us as your partner.
Detailed training is performed with each reseller as part of our onboarding process. The initial training takes about 90 minutes and is done in a webinar format. During the training you will learn about the history of SmarterSign, what makes us different in the market, the anatomy of a digital signage deal, and much more. The session is jam packed with information that will give you the confidence to go out into the market and start selling.
All of your leads are entered into our Reseller Portal. These leads are protected by registering them with us. If for any reason the customer tries to engage with SmarterSign outside of your relationship, SmarterSign will inform them to work directly through you as a reseller. Our resellers are an important part of how we work with the market and protecting you interests is fundamental to our mutual growth.
We do not currently offer the option of “white labeling” our solution. All user of the system will interact with the SmarterSign platform
SmarterSign is fully prepared to provide all of the support necessary for the customer. Typically there is a collaboration between the reseller and SmarterSign to make sure all support needs are met. Of course SmarterSign also provides industry leading service to our resellers as they go out into the market and interact and support clients.
Yes. SmarterSign has customers using the platform across the world. There are built in localization features in the SmarterSign system and we continue to grow international features as we expand our footprint.
SmarterSign has clients in almost every vertical market. However there are a few markets where we are particularly strong and have a strong market presence. The biggest market segments we service are Food Service (Digital Menu Boards), DooH (Digital Billboards), Corporate Communications, Retail, and Hospitality. We have customers in many other industries but these are our top markets. We often work with organizations who are looking for a greater level of control over their communications with a particular focus on the SMB segment.
SmarterSign has a library of materials (content, images, and videos) that can be used to help you engage your market. These materials are yours to use in your website, proposals and other promotional material. SmarterSign maintains the copyright for these materials. Materials can be customized with your branding and are available in both low resolution (for web and presentations) and high resolution (for printing).
There are many ways that resellers make money selling SmarterSign. There are a wide range of services that can be offered to each customer and a variety of models for engagement with the market. In addition, all SmarterSign resellers participate in the service fees that SmarterSign charges customers for use of the SmarterSign platform and the service and support we provide.
We offer two models with customer billing. In one model you would invoice your clients and handle billing directly with them. We would charge you whatever fees are associated with each client. In our other model you can leverage our billing system where we bill clients directly at the rate you have quoted your client and disbursements are made on a quarterly basis via ACH for the difference between what is collected from customers and the fees SmarterSign charges for each license at your reseller rate.
